The many advantages of custom embroidery
Embroidered apparel stands out because it conveys a classic, dignified image that can’t be reproduced with any other variety of printing. Because modern embroidery is digitally rendered, you can perfectly duplicate most logos onto shirts, baseball caps, backpacks, and even golf towels.
The quality of embroidery is unmatched. When you wear embroidered clothing to help increase your brand recognition, you convey the professional image of a company that values quality. Many people think that embroidery is out of their price range, but even though it does cost more than other forms of product decorating, it is still well within most business’ budgets.
Another, often overlooked advantage of embroidery is that it’s suitable for small orders. If you’re ordering shirts for your company softball team, a special event, or for a single piece, it’s often a more viable option than other forms of apparel decoration.
Custom Embroidery
Embroidery can also be added to many materials that are not suitable for screen printing. The thread used in embroidered apparel can be applied to fabrics with diverse textures including fleece and pique knits. Embroidery thread is also soft, which makes it comfortable for the wearer.
The durability of embroidery is unmatched. In fact, it’s far more likely the clothing will wear out long before the embroidery starts to fade. The amount of color combinations you can add to your embroidered designs is virtually endless, and our design experts can help you find the perfect match between design and apparel.

Can any custom design be embroidered?
The process of embroidery requires that your logo or design be digitized so that it can be imported into the embroidery machine. The machine then stitches the design into the apparel item. While many logos are suitable for embroidery, if there is too much detail it may not be possible.
When we run into situations where we think a logo won’t look good embroidered, our design team can advise you on subtle adjustments to the design. For example, if a design has a lot of shading, we can simply eliminate the shading for the purpose of the embroidery. The difference won’t be noticeable to most people.
It may also not be possible to get an exact color match with certain logos and designs, but we can usually find a color that is very close to the original.
